Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: February 1, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what is and is not permitted when using bcz.co, operated by BizTransit Sdn Bhd. This AUP is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and removal of your hosted sites.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, host, publish, or distribute websites containing:

• Illegal content: Any content that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): Any sexual content involving minors, real or synthetic. This is a zero-tolerance policy and will be reported to authorities.
• Non-consensual intimate content: Sexual or intimate imagery of real persons created or shared without their consent, including AI-generated deepfakes
• Violent or terrorist content: Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence, terrorism, or violent extremism
• Hate speech: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Malware and exploits: Code, scripts, or downloads designed to damage, disable, or gain unauthorized access to computer systems
• Fraud and deception: Content designed to defraud, deceive, or scam visitors, including phishing pages, fake storefronts, and social engineering schemes
• Personal information: Unauthorized sharing of others' private information (doxxing), including addresses, phone numbers, financial details, or identity documents
• Counterfeit goods: Listings or sales of counterfeit, pirated, or trademark-infringing products
• Regulated products without compliance: Sale of regulated goods (pharmaceuticals, weapons, tobacco, alcohol) without proper licensing and legal compliance

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

• Gain unauthorized access: Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that you are not authorized to access, including other users' data or our internal systems
• Scrape or harvest data: Systematically extract data from the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without written permission
• Denial of service: Overwhelm or attempt to overwhelm the Service's infrastructure through excessive requests, flooding, or distributed attacks
• Spam: Use the Service to generate or distribute unsolicited bulk messages, advertisements, or promotional content
• Circumvent restrictions: Bypass rate limits, access controls, authentication requirements, or other security measures
• Reverse engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by applicable law
• Resell without authorization: Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
• Misleading sites: Create sites that impersonate other businesses, organizations, or individuals without authorization

3. E-commerce Specific Restrictions

When using bcz.co's e-commerce features, the following additional restrictions apply:

• You must accurately describe products and services you sell
• You must honor orders and provide the goods or services as described
• You must comply with all consumer protection laws in the jurisdictions where you sell
• You must handle customer data responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy laws
• You must provide clear return, refund, and shipping policies on your store
• You may not sell prohibited items as defined by Stripe's and PayPal's acceptable use policies

4. Rate Limiting and Fair Use

To ensure fair access for all users:

• We may impose rate limits on API requests, page builds, and other Service actions
• Excessive use that degrades the experience for other users may be throttled
• Sites that consume disproportionate resources (bandwidth, storage) may be required to upgrade to a higher plan
• Automated use (scripts, bots, integrations) must respect rate limits and include appropriate delays between requests

5. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this AUP may result in the following actions, at our sole discretion:

1. Warning: A written notice describing the violation and required corrective action
2. Content removal: Removal of specific pages, products, or site content that violates this policy
3. Site suspension: Temporary or permanent suspension of individual sites
4. Account suspension: Temporary restriction of all account access
5. Permanent termination: Permanent deletion of your account and all hosted sites
6. Legal action: Referral to law enforcement or initiation of legal proceedings for severe violations

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter a website or behavior on bcz.co that violates this AUP, please report it to:

• A description of the violation
• The URL of the content in question (if applicable)
• Screenshots or other evidence (if available)
• Your contact information (for follow-up)

We review all reports and aim to respond within 48 hours. Reports involving CSAM or imminent threats are prioritized and escalated immediately.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
