Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bcz.co, operated by BizTransit Sdn Bhd ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), available at bcz.co (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
bcz.co is a website creation platform that enables users to build link pages, online stores, and landing pages through a unified interface. The Service includes:
- Link page builder for creating link-in-bio style pages
- Online store builder with shopping cart and checkout
- Landing page builder with drag-and-drop editor
- Template library with professionally designed themes
- Custom domain connection and management
- Analytics and visitor tracking
- E-commerce features including product management and order processing
3. Account Registration
You may create an account using any of the following identity providers:
- Google (via Google Sign-In)
- Apple (via Sign in with Apple)
- GitHub (via GitHub OAuth)
- Facebook (via Facebook Login)
- WeChat (via WeChat OAuth)
You may also browse the Service without an account but must register to create and publish sites. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your authentication credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Free Plan
The Service offers a free plan that includes 1 site with a bcz.co subdomain, basic templates, and core features. No credit card is required for the free plan.
4.2 Paid Subscriptions
Premium features are available through paid subscriptions:
- Starter: $5/month or $48/year — 3 sites, custom domain, all templates, basic analytics
- Pro: $12/month or $115/year — 10 sites, shopping cart, custom CSS/JS, advanced analytics
- Business: $30/month or $288/year — unlimited sites, full e-commerce, team collaboration, white-label, API access
4.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. By subscribing, you agree to their respective terms of service. We do not store your credit card or payment details.
4.4 E-commerce Transaction Fees
bcz.co does not charge transaction fees on your e-commerce sales. Standard payment processor fees from Stripe and PayPal apply and are your responsibility.
4.5 Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
5. Your Content
5.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create and publish using the Service, including website content, product listings, images, text, and other materials. By publishing content on bcz.co, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Service.
5.2 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you publish through the Service. Content must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. We may remove content that violates our policies.
5.3 Content Backup
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your content. We recommend regularly exporting your site data through the account settings.
6. Acceptable Use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Property
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by BizTransit Sdn Bhd. The bcz.co name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of BizTransit Sdn Bhd.
7.2 Templates and Themes
Templates and themes provided by bcz.co are licensed for use within the Service. You may not extract, redistribute, or resell templates outside of the Service.
7.3 Proprietary Rights
The Service, including all software, content, design, and documentation, is proprietary and confidential. All rights are reserved by BizTransit Sdn Bhd.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service
- You may not create derivative works based on the Service
- All trademarks, logos, and brand elements are property of BizTransit Sdn Bhd
- Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Your sites will achieve any particular traffic or sales results
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- Third-party services (payment processors, domain registrars) will remain available
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- BizTransit Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any third-party conduct on the Service
- Lost sales or revenue from your online stores
- Site downtime, errors, or availability issues
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizTransit Sdn Bhd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, content you publish, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination:
- Your account access will be revoked
- Your published sites will be taken offline
- You may export your data for 30 days after termination
- Any active subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
